Assume $775-$875 a square foot of remodeled space from lower end to higher end. Jobs that involve structural work will cost more per square foot.
Note: Jobs that involve digging/excavation can cost considerably more per square foot, depending on how deep we need to dig, the type of soil and existing foundation.
Design
Our fees are 13%-16% of remodeling costs depending on complexity of permitting and level of design help needed.

Full bathroom remodel with plumbing relocation, all interior work.
Build $65,000 - $80,000 | Design $7,500 - $8,500Addition of ADU in the garage / ground floor area, no exterior changes.
Build $175,000 - $250,000 | Design $27,000 - $37,000Attic remodel / vertical addition / new floor, exterior changes.
Build $450,000 - $550,000 | Design $65,000 - $80,000Whole home remodel, minor exterior changes.
Build $750,000 - $1.4 million | Design $105,000 - $185,000
